PROBLEM: Karen, from the New England School of Protocol, thought she was spending too much for inkjet cartridges. She
has a Lexmark inkjet printer. She was using a photo inkjet cartridge although she didn't print any photos. I told her the
yield from that cartridge was only 135 pages. The other cartridge she was using was a color hi-yield cartridge.
SOLUTION: I switched Karen over to a black hi-yield cartridge and suggested she use Jetpak, our refilling service, to
get her color cartridges refilled. She will be spending less and getting a higher yield of pages.
